We are a Social Enterprise and Social Firm 100% staffed by young graduates with physical or learning disability and specifically established to for the benefit of people with disability and perceived barrier to work to deliver technical upskilling through our internships for our young and through offering work experience to people with physical and learning disability.
How Often We Recruit
We recruit 4 times per year for general positions and our Technical Internship places are for 13 and 26 weeks respectively based on part time working and permitted work.

We have few long term vacancies but aim to recruit around 1-2 candidates full time and part time in line with our growth strategy.
Recruitment process starts in September 2015 for our next internship for both Foundation Business Administration and Foundation Web Development. These internships are delivered through the The A Team Technical Internship Model designed and delivered by Imteqpro. The internships are aimed at young candidates usually possessing minimum educational requirements or having specific aptitudes and experience.
