We are a SCIO Social Enterprise, a Supported Business and Social Firm established for the benefit of people with physical and learning disability who have a perceived barrier to accessing employment. We aim to benefit all people of working age who want to access our services through published vacancies or through training or volunteering. Our primary aim is to remove disadvantageand misery for people who face barriers.
How We Help
Through our Technical Internship we specifically aim to help our people who are usually highly educated and where there are perceived barriers to leading a full independent life. We offer Technical Inernship to help integrate and upskill our internees improving: independence, life chances and prospects.
Training – Our Approach
We take an innovative approach to training with both theoretical and practical based work experience. Our approach was piloted through Imteqpro a community minded business who believed in the approach. The pilot was nominated for Innovation Project Scotland and Imteqpro was nominated for Employer of the Year.

Our goal is to grow a healthy, successful company that is a leader in providing technical training and technical and business related services within the community evidenced by our clients going on to work or being retained in house and where by we have high customer satisfaction and loyalty both for our technical training products and for our business support services.
